This is a page that we would ask everyone to refer to prior to commenting. This gives you a kind of idea whether commenting is worthwhile or not!
Part of the fun of this site is the interaction that is allowed between you, the readers and both Chelsea and Uilleam. We do love to hear from you but there are a few things that we must make plain and simple from the beginnings.
This is by no means an exhaustive guide to posting here. I am glad that you feel comfortable enough to post and give your views. All comments are moderated as Christian sites in general appear to attract a lot of spammers and a lot of trolls. If your comment is not approved, please do not take it personally. This blog is meant to be a fun resource and somewhere that all the family can visit and learn about our lives and our Messiah Jesus Christ.
This is a Christian/Creationist & Pro Israel website and by definition you will see quite a lot of Christian material and a substantial amount of references to the Bible and our positions on these matters. There will be some opinion but we will endeavor whenever possible to answer queries by using the Bible as much as we can.
This is also a family website! Many many comments which have good points do not get approved because of the language that is used. Having your comment published here is a privilege and not a right. This place is not a garbage can!
I would appreciate it if you please think prior to posting. I also do not post comments that read as if you have been foaming at the mouth when you have typed it. Also spam and get rich schemes automatically get deleted.
“I agree” comments – If that is all your saying, then there is a good chance that it will not appear!
We also take a very dim view on trolls. A troll is someone who posts only to cause contention. Trolls usually destroy the flow of websites and I tend to give them enough rope to hang themselves and then I just do not allow their posts anymore. So if you are a troll, please be aware you are wasting your time on that comment as it will never be seen by anyone!
I am a great believer in Matthew 7:6 which advises:
Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.
That is not to say that if you disagree with our viewpoint that the comment will not appear. We just ask that you construct it in a manner befitting an answer.
Opinions really don’t help either, if the argument os not actually backed up with anything other than an opinion or a prejudice, then it really will only end up with a conversation going round in circles with both sides reaching a stalemate and never giving in! That gets boring and I will endeavor to make sure that does not happen here!
As you can imagine, this site is not my day job, it is not even my first priority. I have my priorities set as thus:
1) My relationship with Christ
2) My wife Chelsea
3) My daughter Tabitha
4) My ministry
5) My career
6) This site and any other online stuff I do
So please do not think that your comment did not appear right away it has been bounced instantly. I may not have got to it yet!
I do hope that by this site folks come to a saving knowledge of Christ, but following Jesus is a decision or a choice that only you can make! There is no forced conversion. You don’t need to be a Christian to post here! I just ask for a little respect!
Which brings us onto respect! Please show this site and the owners the same respect you would show us in you were invited to our house.
